15-230 T-Lock Shoe

I do have 4 windows that uses the same balance , I need the balance and also the other parts , the shoe and pins I did buy the "S795-34" but it turned out it is bigger the window frame. so I think I picked the wrong one, or wrong size. please advise.

Please help me identify. I need new window balances and shoes. Stamped on the balance is: 26AA BSI AX It's 1/2" wide.

Size is exact 1/2x1/2 0.4625x0.4925

My best guess was S795-30 option 30B. Pictured the left two new ones.I do need true 1/2 " instead of the 5/8 "I do need the 1" Clips instead of 1 1/4I think I need balances with the rivet bar on the end location.I could not find info on the difference between open and closed cam. Need replacement pivot lock shoe. The metal inside broke into pieces. These windows are from home depot: HR windows 2500 series

Window channel tends to break causing window not to stay open in the up position.

The spring-thing is broken, needs to be replaced. I can't find anything on the internet with the part number. The window says its a Durapro-SH 301-BS-VINYL

My Swisco agent tells me this is a custom on a custom. I need these balances. The only thing wrong with them is the pulleys. The stamp is 34b.
