Unique 23-C-30 marked on balance spring and rivet broke. Looking to replace both balances

I ordered the grey two on your site but they are still the wrong size. The black one is a spare balance I have for another window. Measures one inch wide. New ones are alittle thicker.

I'm not sure if this photo will help. It is the label on the top of my window. The balance has 34B engraved on it. The balance looks to be fluted. What else do you need to know to identify what balances I need. Thanks for your help.

Good morning. I have a couple of windows with a 28" block and tackle and the T-Lock balance that need replacing. The window block and tackle assembly have a raised rib on the front of it. Tolerances pictured need to be exact or minimally smaller, but not any larger. Can give more pics if needed. NO identifiable markings on any part of balancer.

The block and tackle rods is 26 1/2" in length, width is 7/8".The Pat.#5.737.877 is shown on the plastic piece. I have 12 ribbed channel balance that I can't find on your website. It's 34 B stamped and has a hook on the top and at bottom. If you are able to custom fabricated, I would appreciate it.
