The piece is broken. It seems to be T-shaped, 1" wide, close-cam -- see photos. The part number is 4610108. I see that you have suggested your part 15-195, but that is 1-1/4". Hello, I am trying to get this piece identified and see if you have it for my pennco window.

The invoice we have for the windows says HR windows, 2500 series. I need replacement channel balances, shoes, and tilt latches for a few windows. I think I can find the right parts in your catalog, but I need to confirm the length. My measurement is 21 7/8". (Picture attached) Do I order a 22", or ... (cont.)

I need a replacement for the white plastic pivot shoe. The gray is a one in replacement that didn't work.

I am looking for ribbed channel balances with these shoes also shown. I found the shoes, part number 15-194 but I can't seem to find the correct ribbed balances in the right size. I have 2 windows made by Atrium windows I need 1 balance channel #24E the windows are product #2500 as far as I know. I would like to know if you have them and how much they are? also should I replace channel in pairs?

Hello,I need side piece that attaches to spring and also the piece that attaches to window that goes into the broken piece. I think the windows are Phillips.

I have to replace some inverted balances and we are having a hard time matching them up. The balances themselves are marked 34a bsi pp. they are only 34" long and 1/2" wide. The have the 15-230 t-lock shoe.

My current channel window balance is ribbed, for a tilt window, 28inches 1/2 by 3/8 and has a 28D and a B61 (sideways) and TB stamped on it. Can you identify it?
