Hi have a few windows that all require an operator arm to be replaced. Not all have been rusted. In this particular case its fully rusted through and does not work well. It seems that the operator arms all have the roto HG04 2004U parts number on them on the top and on the bottom of the window. In ... (cont.)

The mechanisim coming from the window to the handle is rusted away. It is an american craftsman window/ anderson. The onw window is an 18" window and the other one is a 20" window. I need a right and left track for both sizes.

All we can tell you that it is part of the window's track, but we need to replace it. If you can, can you tell us the name and what it does so we can replace it.

One is a window handle for a casement windows the other one is a guide rubber for the locking Mechanism him on the window and the third is the operator

I need the bumper that use to slide onto my open bow hinged window. I dont have a photo, but i think it just slid on to the window chrome frame.

The pictures are of the left hand hinges. I am looking for the right hand upper and lower hinges for the opposite casement window. What is the replacement part I need?

Hello, looking this Truth hinge. Part numbers are 31862, 31858. Main assembly doesn't have a part number but it looks like part of the Maxim series. Date on the main crank assembly is 11/10/17 08:34 A. I only the hinge, you can see where it broke on pictures. Thanks, -Leon

I am looking for replacement parts for the casement mechanism in the attached photos.

Looking for an operating arm assembly for a window that swings out to the left. Also the "hinge" assembly of sorts. It's the hardware that keeps the window perpendicular to the frame as it opens. Have 3 simonton casement windows that need the lower complete mechanism. 2 open from left and 1 from right as looking from the outside. The weatherstrip is a push in around the perimeter. It's white. About a quarter inch or so wide. I would need about 50'

The slider has a ridge on it to keep it in the track as it slides, this one is worn out from the window sash pulling against it. I need several new ones throughout the house for the same problem.

The window crank openers are rusting. The name on them is Truth. The number is 40987. Weathervane Windows in Kent, Wa went out of business. I am looking for 4 replacements. Stainless steel if possible and durections on replacement.

I tried to get opening casement mounting parts from American Craftsman. They sent the slides at the top of the picture where the top channel is cut back and does not allow the slide to travel all of way without coming out. Do you have the older slides?
