Could you identify the part that is rusty. There is an identical one on bottom and the top. The corner of the window has a square piece above and below that travels in the channels as the window is opened. Thank you.

Window slides on metal tracks on the top and bottom of window. There appears to be plastic parts that slide on tracks. These are casement windows.

The crank that is currently used to open the window seems to be stripped and useless. I am looking for a replacement.

I need new hinges for my silverline double casement window. The numbers written on the hardware say HG04 2004U It also says Roto on the hardware.
