Have two different issues, one casement window won't close enough for the window to lock, and a different window won't make a tight seal on the opposite side of the locks, curious if a new casement hinge would fix each problem (red in attached pic), or if I will need a new arm operator (blue in atta ... I have a top hinge on a casement window that has a worn/broken wear block (the black piece in this picture) and it comes out of the track when opening. this is the pics of the top left window hinge. BUT!!! what i need is the bottoms for both the left and right windows with stainless steal screws. Please. This is a DEL MAR if that helps

I believe this casement window is a truth brand it is missing the locks or the keepers and the crank handles do not work I sent pictures of both

Thanks for posting, Jesse. unfortunately your Interlock Hinge just isn't made anymore. The closest replacement we have is the 36-048; quite honestly, if it doesn't work, then I don't believe anything we carry will. I hope you can help identify and be a source for ALL of the hardware on this K&K casement window. The crank gear is stripped and I want to replace it and all of the other hardware on the window while it is being serviced.Thank YouKen

I have 2 casement windows on each side of a bay window the crank hardware says Truth on it and the hinge/slide component says Del Mar Canada. See pics can you id the parts and/or recommend a repair person in the ORLANDO, FL area? Thanks!

Have 2001 vintage Andersen casements. 31 1/2 x 60 19 3/4 x 60 Operators and hinges are bad. Appear to be straight arm (windows are rusted shut).

The mechanical parts on the bottom rusted out. The arms are ok but the slide parts are shot.
