In case the dimensions aren't legible in my drawing, the bar that attaches to the window sill is appx 10", the bar attaching to the window is appx 7 1/2", and the cross bar is appx 5 1/4". I just had a window fall out and bend the operator bar and the hinges. There is only minor damage to the plastic on the window corner. What parts would I need? Window is not even 4 years old.

Thanks for writing in. For your awning operator, take a look at our 39-083. Compare the dimensions listed with your old operator to see if it's a match. If you need a crank handle, see our 39-114L. Hey Guys please help us find this part. We need the right side window bottom hinge.

I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. I need to replace my window operator as well as the studd attached to the window. It's white colored and the window that I have is a roto G2-strkr-035. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for online.

The marking on the hardware says Truth. The operator seems to be working ok. Everything else needs replacing.
