18-200 Top Sash Guide, MI

Piece is screwed into side frame at the top of the channel

These parts frequently need to be replace when you replacer the channel balance

The black plastic piece that seems to hold the channel balance in place has broken on one side. They are on the top corners of the window It is held in place with 2 screws. I have super glued the broken one but doubt that will hold.

I am looking for this part for my windows. I installed all the balances that I bought from you but there was a broken part omen the window so the window cannot catch the balance after I installed the lower window

I just received my order of custom window balances and they're perfect thank you during reinstallation. I noticed that one of the caps at the top of the window is broken. This cap catches the balance. The pictures I have shown are of a cap that is intact.

I just received the white top sash guide pieces but the holes do not align. Here is a picture. The black one is my original. The white one 18-009 just arrived. Please help me order the correct top sash guide part.

Hello, hoping you could tell me if you have a suitable replacement for this part. Spacing between mounting holes is just shy of 3/4 inch (23/32" ?). Thanks, Steve

Hello I'm looking for sash cams.

Hi, several of these window sash cams have broken in my windows, but I can't find an exact replacement. Without them I'm unable to engage the window balancer (I have single pane single hung windows) Any help?

Recently Swisco made some custom type 23 balancers for us which work perfectly, however, I now see that I need to replace some top sash guides. I will greatly appreciate your help in identifying which top sash guide we need. Thank you. Fred
