Do you guys carry this window balance?

I have a window which will not stay in place when opened and it will just slide down. After doing some research, it appears that the window balances will need to be replaced. The house was built in 2015. Please let me know what the replacements parts would be. Thank you!

Hi, looking for this part with the spring coil that is connected with it.

I need a set of coil springs for my single hung window. I don't know what brand of window it is but it does say 9lb on the coil spring holder. I will also need the clips that go with the spring fixture.

Both springs broke on lower sash after 2 years. Looking to replace them , are the #165 ?

I can't seem to locate this sash balance. Any ides? Thanks! Stan

This coil balance is in my son's single hung Pella window. It's a double pane window and it's near impossible to read the Pella serial number between the two panes of glass. This is a balance from a aluminum double hung window in a town housing unit. Windows are approx. 7 yrs old. There are 3 different heights/sizes according to the window size.
