Hi, looking for this part with the spring coil that is connected with it.

I need a set of coil springs for my single hung window. I don't know what brand of window it is but it does say 9lb on the coil spring holder. I will also need the clips that go with the spring fixture.

Both springs broke on lower sash after 2 years. Looking to replace them , are the #165 ?

I can't seem to locate this sash balance. Any ides? Thanks! Stan

This coil balance is in my son's single hung Pella window. It's a double pane window and it's near impossible to read the Pella serial number between the two panes of glass. I also can't seem to find anything online that looks exactly like this. The only number I see is the 10 that appears clearl ... (cont.)

This is a balance from a aluminum double hung window in a town housing unit. Windows are approx. 7 yrs old. There are 3 different heights/sizes according to the window size. Hi, I am looking for replacement spring balance for MI Vinyl Window 1355 series. The printed info on the spring is #10.0 35". The spring broke. I am interested to know if there is any better quality / more durable replacement for this. Thanks, Arvind

I apologize if it's hard to tell from these pictures but a customer sent over this broken spring loaded balance that they are trying to find more of.
