I need to know which coil spring I need

my window spring just broke and am looking for replacement parts and how to replace it.

My handyman just asked me to try to find this part for a broken window.

I need (2) of these ASAP.They are for a 36" window.Please give me a call anytime so we can get the order going.I would like to overnight them if possible.Thanks!Andrew

Hi. I spoke with you earlier today about buying two quick tilt single coil window balances and two shoes. The window sash measures 29"in length, 26 ½" in width and weighs 20 pounds. I cannot find any markings on the current balancer but the coil number is faded but it looks like #10.0-35. We tried ... (cont.)
