Hi, Almost all of our windows do not close correctly due to bottom hinge hardware being rusted and inoperable. I don't even know what parts are needed since they are rusted away. item 58-170B the .250 is the width of the slot? what does the .078 dimension refer to? does the .325 mean that it sticks back i the wood that far?

The window crank says Pella but there are no etchings in the window.

Don't know what will work best in Chicago, this appears to have taken a beating and now flows a lot of water when it rains.
