Hoping to find replacement for plastic pivot shoes for 20 year old double hung household window. See images attached. Shoes are 0.5 inches thick.

We opened our window and tilted it forward so that I could clean, and the right hand tamp 'r' lol III And the pivot Siu shattered into 1 million pieces. I don't have a picture of the pieces outside of the window to send you. We looked online and we were able to find the black piece but are not sure ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement shoes and can't find any markings on the window.

Milgard double hung tilting windows. Purchased in 1999. The part that slides in channel is broken on ne side of upper sash. Milgard gave me a replacement part number of im0551mi. I can't find part. I've added photos. Do you have replacement?

Sent some photos as requested. The insulation is the same size as the part number previously mentioned, but appears to only have one rib instead of two. The pivot shoe is the same size as the part number previously mentioned - 2" x 1 1/4" x 9/16"

I need to replace both channel balancer guides and pivot shoes. Pivot shoe 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" deep Channels are 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep Markings on channels 17 5 B21T CMC. Window weight 15.2 21 5 B21T CMC. Window weight 16.2 Thank you Adrienne

The Corner Locking Pivot Shoe was the recommended replacement for my tilt window. After doing a cut out, I was able to correctly install the shoe and attach it to the channel. It worked great. On the other side of the window, this shoe would not fit even with a wider cut out area. I wedged it in, ... (cont.)

Appears to go with your 600 series. 9/16" dia x 21" long. Pivots are chewed up, window comes out of shoe (brake doesn't unlock because of condition). Unsure of what pivot shoe to order. Installing/uninstalling sash window is "cocked" to remove. The pivot bars are fixed both sides (not one ... (cont.)

Hi I have a Milgard windows that I am looking to replace some of these parts that have broke inside.

This lock shoe is 2 3/16 in length 1 4/16 width 9/16 depth All plastic with a metal top piece.

These parts came out of my Milgard windows that were installed in 2005. As you can see they are broken. Can you help me. Thank you.

These are Milgard double hung windows installed in approximately 2002. The first picture is of the lower window part which is still functioning properly. The second picture is the upper window where the piece has cracked. I'm not sure how to identify the proper part I need. Thank You. ... (cont.)
