Item from 2001 installed milgard double hung window, tilt inward window, 4 of them are broken, been 2 months and window supplier cant figure out the part. they once brought out tilt latches thinking that was the part thank you

Please help identify the above 2 1/2 pivot bar from a AIR CHECK vinyl window. This bar fits into your P/N shoe 15-231. I have been unable to find this part on your web site. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for replacement balance shoes for a Milgard window. The balance is a 25-5 and 26" in length. The sash is 24lbs. Photos of the broken balances and shoes are attached. I ordered this part to replace broken parts for my 20 yr old double hung windows. I thought they would fit given that they matched the old parts both in dimensions and look.
