#41011 Truth left hand window opener

Hello, I need a Truth window casement operator. I also need the plastic part that anchors the locking bar that moves up and down when you lock or unlock the window. Please see the attached photos.

I have a right hand casement window that isn't operating properly. The gear in the crank housing doesn't stay in place and slips out of position.
