39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

We have replaced several of these. I am out of the left hand ones? Like the installed picture. I have new ones as shown. Can you give me price and availability on these.

We have two identical casement windows (Milgard I believe). One of them is missing its track and the slider may be damaged. So we are looking for what might work as a replacement for both the slider and track. I'm including pictures of the functioning window and the broken one. The track on the func ... (cont.)

The crank handle was attached to part number 1491-120 B. The part numbers of the 2 metal bars that are connected to the crank seem to be S-1491-165 and S-1491-160. Even when trying to pull the window closed the bars don't move and the window is stuck open. I believe the mechanism itself is stuck and ... (cont.)

These are single windows 30" x 50" Made by Hurd Installed about 2002 White Long strait arm is about 9.5"; jointed arm (passing over start.arm) eachpiece is about 4.5" & is mounted to window w/a bracket. Long arm mounts to window in a slide.

Can you tell me if your folding crank handle Product Code: 39-375 would be a direct replacement for the crank handle above. Looking to replace our cranks with nesting cranks so the handles dont walk off. Our current handles don't have a set screw they just snap/pull on and off. Also curious how y ... (cont.)

I can not find a window manufacture on the window - the travel guide on the bottom of the window sash is pictured the arm appears to insert in the black guide - I can't figure out how it is retained or if there is a piece missing or where to find parts

These are on Gorell casement windows that were installed about 15 years ago. Are there replacements available

White plastic, this crank is on left side of window. The only markings on it are the brand "TRUTH"

I have two windows not closing properly. One will not close far enough to use lock mechanism, the other window will shut on the lock side but the far side pushes away from sill.Once we figure out what I need I would like to by two sets of hardware. Yesterday, I tried to install my encore dual arm and discovered that the pin at the end of the long arm on the new part (see first picture) is just a tad smaller than the pin on the old existing part.
