My windows are Crestline vinyl casement windows from 2001. I did notice the name truth on them. The gears are stripped and they click when they try to bring the window in. Thanks, Mark.

I need some help identifying this item. I came across 39-253LB but I'm unsure if it's the correct item.

Hello, I would like to replace the pictured window parts: (1) Sill mounted dual arm operator, and (2) cover/handle. The dimensions appear to match the dimensions for Product Code: 39-253RB. 4 15/16" base and 4 7/8" cross-arm. The original window brand is Milgard.

Crank operators are rusted and inoperable.

Approximately 20" wide casement. Looking for both upper and lower arms.

Stamp guide is 31858 it's for the top guide on a right out swing casement window

My customer has 4 30"/60" casement windows, the hinge pieces on the bottom are rusted out. The hinge piece consists of a track the screws to the jamb 1 arm that clips to a bracket mounted on the window. The main track is about 13" the arm is about 10" and the bracket on the window is about 5" . All ... (cont.)

Hi,We just bought a new house. Several of the windows have little as on the opener that pop out from the bottom of the window when I crank them closed.
