Hi, I need help identifying the Truth hardware assembly I need. The window opens but gets stuck when trying to close. The part does not have a clear model/serial #; I'm hoping it can be identified via photo.

Do you have a egress replacement kit for this casement window crank assembly. There are no manufacturer numbers on the window or crank assembly.

I have a right hand casement window that isn't operating properly. The gear in the crank housing doesn't stay in place and slips out of position. I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

Attached is a picture of my HURD window crank. The Sash Keeper was missing when we moved in, and the crank works but doesn't stop once the window gets nearly seated like the other windows do. I was rolling in the window and the crank snapped off at the base, now the window is stuck open
