I have a certainteed casement window (installed 1999) that hinges on the left (when viewing from inside). The crank mechanism has the gear stripped and the bottom hinge is broke. Casement windows from 'Great Lakes' no longer in business. Has an additional bar which pulls the hinged corner about 4 inchs when opening. a part number on the bottom '022800 23:40' and on one of the arms there is an 'up arrow' and the word in caps 'TRUTH' looks a lot like 'Encore dual arm' , ... Need replacement part numbers for both left and right hand Cranks.

Truth Window Crank Arm. When facing window inside it is a right hand swing out NUmbers on part are 31876 and 41011

Looking for a replacement. Identifiers are: 092598 on the crank 41011 on the solid arm 31876 on the two piece arm. Brand is Truth on the solid arm.

This window is made by Crystal was installed about 20 years ago. The crank cannot close the window all the way as shown in the picture. The window width is about 21 inches. The operator no longer moves the window

One of my handles has broke off,i it seems that has taken part of the crank (see broken arm picture) for what I understand i would need to replace the whole operator. The crank gear on this window is stripped out. I cannot find any markings on the windows saying what brand they are.

My window will not close all the way. The crank will rotate and not close all the way. I have not been able to locate or identify the parts.

The pictures are a dual hinge left hand opener Truth brand. Hopefully, you can see the measurements OK. The long arm has number #41011 and the short arm hinge piece has #31876. The crank on the right is broken, and the one on the left probably could be replaced as well. The little plastic parts on the screens have broken off as well

The gears parts are warn and the window will not open and close properly. I didn't see any markings on the the crank of the gear section
