Sorry I had already removed the operator to search for possible repairable parts. It is a tru brand.

This window was installed 15 years ago. I cannot find a brand. I cannot find any numbers. The problem is that the window will crank open but will not crank shut, so there is a flaw in that little "gear box" inside the window frame. are these pictures good enough? I assume that maybe the crank p ... (cont.)

I am trying to find replacement operators for my Hurd windows in my cottage that were installed in the late 90's. The windows are approx 2'x 5'. Will your operators work?

Hi, I'm looking for three replacement opening mechanisms for three different Gorell Windows. The first two are the file: 20210708_161621. I need a left hand, and right hand one of these mechanisms. The third is the file 20210708_161818. I need just one of these, with the handle on the Right side ... (cont.)

I need to find the black guide part that sits on the small post at the end of the mechanism and guides the window open and closed.

Trying to replace this hardware on these windows, 3 out of 4 window cranks are stripped

Trying to find parts for my Windows. The Latch, crank, arm and guides have rusted out. The Simonton window part is 39-6313/07. Does anyone know if they still make replacement parts or a comparable part?

I'm looking for fold down replacement cranks for some Millard casement windows. We already tried the Prime Lind TH24086 Entrygard Nesting Cover and Crank and they didn't fit.Please let me know if you have modern fold down replacements for these. Thanks so much,Kristen

hi, attached are photos of the operator needed.its made by truth. It came from a window installed in 2006.you have something close but it doesn't include the bracket and nylon slide. Thanks,John
