I need to replace 2 window cranks and I need help identifying the correct brand and parts I need. The crank will open the window and close the window about 75% of the way before it stops and the handle just spins without finishing closing the window.

Hello. I am unable to find replacement for this unit. I have 4 of them with same issue. I am able to open them - but I can't close them within 2 inches of the opening. It just continues to click and would not move. I need to help to shut it. Thanks Boris

Part is stamped Truth, 41011. I located it in the Truth catalog but without the flange rivited to the short arm, and without the glide rivited to the long arm. Can you provide a replacement complete with the added parts?

Looking for an operator for a Milgard right hinged casement window. Inside window is a MFG date 2001 and a possible or partial model # 457265

I need the opposite mechanism shown here. The shaft of the left hand crank broke. I think I need part number 39-253RB. Does it matter if I get the one with the square or rectangle clip on for the end of the fixed arm? I think I can use the old one when I replace it. If this is the one, I will ... (cont.)

While installing a water pump just outside the window, my hand slipped and popped the control arm out of the window slot, losing whatever washer was atop the pin. I have a separate lock washer that fits the pin, but I can't get it to keep from dropping out of the window's slide track. Any ideas of h ... (cont.)

on the under side of the thicker arm is 41012. The thinner arm has 31876 on the housing underneath is: made in the USA and a date of 07/10/01 11:34 Hope this helps
