I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

Hello, I am having trouble getting a replacement for a part that I have photos of - I thought it was the actual crank handles for the window but we believe it's the actual operator. When we crank the handle, the window opens, but it will not close. Please help!Thank You!Irene

Attached is a picture of my HURD window crank. The Sash Keeper was missing when we moved in, and the crank works but doesn't stop once the window gets nearly seated like the other windows do. What would I need to order to fix the issues (besides the Sash Keeper)? I sent a picture of the other side w ... (cont.)

Do you carry this model? The 6 mounting screws are inline. Longest arm is 10" between pivot points. %" long hole in window for crank assembly. 1/2 high. Thanks. J

I was rolling in the window and the crank snapped off at the base, now the window is stuck open

We have replaced several of these. I am out of the left hand ones? Like the installed picture. I have new ones as shown. Can you give me price and availability on these.

These are single windows 30" x 50" Made by Hurd Installed about 2002 White Long strait arm is about 9.5"; jointed arm (passing over start.arm) eachpiece is about 4.5" & is mounted to window w/a bracket. Long arm mounts to window in a slide.

Its a Milgard casement operator. Do you stock this. Getting parts from Milgard is like pulling teeth.
