Hi! The windows in our rental home have broken cranks but we can't identify any sort of manufacture on the windows except somewhere is says, "Koto." Dimensions on the crank mount are 5 and 1/4 inches by 1 and 1/4 inches.

I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long.
