Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah

Hello,I have a casement window with a worn crank mechanism. I can open the window with the crank all the way open, and then can get it about 2/3 of the way shut with the crank, but the last 1/3, I have to use my hand to pull it in as I crank, after taking the screen off. Our window crank has a broken tooth on the drive gear and needs replacing. It is stamped with the part number 31512. Our window latching lever is broken and needs to be replaced See attached photosCan you recommend replacements for both of these items?Thanks, Sean

I have 2 casement windows on each side of a bay window the crank hardware says Truth on it and the hinge/slide component says Del Mar Canada. See pics can you id the parts and/or recommend a repair person in the ORLANDO, FL area? Thanks!
