I need to find a replacement for this operator. The window is manufactured by Milgard. I do not see a way to separate the cover.

This black part in the picture is from one of my good windows, the other broke off from a storm or something and it's gone. white crank, for casement windows. 2 right hand cranks and a 1 left handed crank. Long straight arm has markings "41012" and the hinged arm has markings "31876"

Does not open window. Think spline is stripped out.
