It's a Milgaurd window the crank broke and I'm trying to find the right part

This window is located on the side of my home. When I stand in frount of the window the crank is located at the bottom of the window. Trying to find this casement operator, it seems similar to 39-484 but the measurement for the arm is 10-1/2" not 8-3/4"
