I ordered the Truth® 15.30 Traditional Split Arm Operator, Straight 4-1/2Inch Link, Left Hand. The operator would work but the crank piece is to small to fit the existing hole. I think that 39-220B combined with 39-452 may work but I'm worried that the crank piece is ~1/2 wider than the existing c ... (cont.)

Do these units come as Left or Right? I have side by side Simonton Casement windows with cranks operating in the opposite direction. see photos. Thank you

Does this cover with folding handle (39-375) fit the Truth Encore dyad operator, or do I need to order the older style (39-451) without folding handle? Thanks!

Hello, I ordered part #39-317 and 39-318. Here are the pics of the part I'm trying to replace. Old part measurements as follows: 9" arm length crank assembly size is 5 1/4"L X 1"H X 2 1/2"W Parts sent are similar but arm length is 1" too short. Thank you. Phil

The above are photos of my undamaged casement window mechanism. The hinge and attachment mechanism were damaged on the same type of window next to it when it was left partially open during high winds. Numbers on the back are, 070606 2312M. It is the hardware that was installed in a vinyl casement window by American Windows.

Need that Slide rail at the bottom of the frame, the torsion(?) arm is broken off its appox 6 3/4 center pin to pin, the crank seem to be fine.only making I could find is TRUTH cast into the crank housing. Thanks

Hello, I have a Truth window operator that will only open if pushed out a few inches. I am looking to potentially replace this item. Can you advise me on which model would work? I see similar ones with 6 screws but they are not lined up like mine. Regards, Curtis

How can I remove the Truth operator cover from the old Truth Encore Dyad casement window operator? I can't seem to be able to find a distributor that has the 39-452 cover, only the nesting covers.
