I can not find a window manufacture on the window - the travel guide on the bottom of the window sash is pictured the arm appears to insert in the black guide - I can't figure out how it is retained or if there is a piece missing or where to find parts

I have two windows not closing properly. One will not close far enough to use lock mechanism, the other window will shut on the lock side but the far side pushes away from sill.Once we figure out what I need I would like to by two sets of hardware. One window has only a broken handle to the crank. The other window the crank isn't attached to the window.

I missing the glide that connects the arm to the window. Not sure if that makes sense. I have included a photo of the glide from another window. I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in.
