I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. There is a shield shaped emblem stamped into the crank handle. I cannot for the life of me read what it says. On the operator arm is the word truth. measurements are in the pictures. The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah
