Looks came for the height of war of window

I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

Hello, I am having trouble getting a replacement for a part that I have photos of - I thought it was the actual crank handles for the window but we believe it's the actual operator. When we crank the handle, the window opens, but it will not close. Please help!Thank You!Irene

Attached is a picture of my HURD window crank. The Sash Keeper was missing when we moved in, and the crank works but doesn't stop once the window gets nearly seated like the other windows do. This hinge for some reason is rusted out and needs replaced. We are not original owners so somewhat lost.

These are single windows 30" x 50" Made by Hurd Installed about 2002 White Long strait arm is about 9.5"; jointed arm (passing over start.arm) eachpiece is about 4.5" & is mounted to window w/a bracket. Long arm mounts to window in a slide.

Its a Milgard casement operator. Do you stock this. Getting parts from Milgard is like pulling teeth.

Can you tell me if your folding crank handle Product Code: 39-375 would be a direct replacement for the crank handle above.
