I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures. TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side. 41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom. Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing. ... (cont.)

I need window operator shows as attached picture

I have a certainteed casement window (installed 1999) that hinges on the left (when viewing from inside). The crank mechanism has the gear stripped and the bottom hinge is broke. I am looking for replacement parts to repair the window. Would need price, lead time, and a picture of the parts to co ... (cont.)

This window is made by Crystal was installed about 20 years ago. The crank cannot close the window all the way as shown in the picture. The window width is about 21 inches. The operator no longer moves the window

One of my handles has broke off,i it seems that has taken part of the crank (see broken arm picture) for what I understand i would need to replace the whole operator. Would you please point me to the part I would need to buy (picture of an unbroken one shown as well. The arm says " truth hardware, a ... (cont.)

The crank gear on this window is stripped out. I cannot find any markings on the windows saying what brand they are.

The pictures are a dual hinge left hand opener Truth brand. Hopefully, you can see the measurements OK. The long arm has number #41011 and the short arm hinge piece has #31876. The crank on the right is broken, and the one on the left probably could be replaced as well. The little plastic parts on the screens have broken off as well

Looking for the window cranks, handles, gaskets, etc I need to replace the worn out ones. Please list all components I need to order for right and left hand assembly. Thanks.

The gears parts are warn and the window will not open and close properly. I didn't see any markings on the the crank of the gear section

Hi, I need help identifying the Truth hardware assembly I need. The window opens but gets stuck when trying to close. The part does not have a clear model/serial #; I'm hoping it can be identified via photo.

Do you have a egress replacement kit for this casement window crank assembly. There are no manufacturer numbers on the window or crank assembly.
