the duralite window wont stay up. i was told my mianatbce tech that we need the coil spring. i attcahed a photo. do you have a replacement part?

Trying to Locate this discontinued sears vinyl double hung window coil balance and 3 " round end pivot bar. The width of the coil is 3/4" and has a much bigger cutout on top. The matching mount bracket that goes with balance is 16-031 which is plastic. I need 2 - 8 lb coil balances. If this is not ... (cont.)

We had a window company come out to look at why our single hung 610 series window is hard to open and close. He stated our balancers need replaced. Hello! I'm replacing the balance coil spring assembly in a double hung Polaris window. I'm sending some pictures. The coil width is 11/16" and stamped 10FH; the shoes are stamped G10. Please advise on Swisco replacement parts. Thank you.
