Hello, so obviously the picture on the right is the crank the strip of metal on the left is the piece attached to the bottom of the window sash that the guides on the end of the arms to open and close the window

I need to replace the metal horizontal and vertical pieces that pushes the Milgard awning window out. Can I get that part number as it is currently rusted. Thanks

End of each arm has circular hole holding metal piece that slides in track on underside of window and is held in place by a plastic clip. Only the metal piece on end is damaged/broken/lost (operating arm, crank and handle ... (cont.)

the numbers are on the bottom piece shown in photo. I believe the window manufacturer was Atrium; they are about 12 years old now. I need to replace 6 of the arm operators. they have become corroded, and in one case the rivet in the arm sheared off Thank You..

Operator is no longer attached to window. Both arms of operator are individual and not attached to window. I don't know where on the window each arm are supposed to be attached. Please provide dual operator needed and what other parts are needed. Thanks!

Hi, we had a bear rip open an awning window. The crank and lock still work but it mangled the awning operator scissor mechanism. I need to identify this part. there are numbers stamped on the arms, 31881 on one of the short arms, 41013 and 41016 stamped on the longer arms. I need everything in the picture as well as the shoes that shoe a number 31878
