4 awning window crank openers need replacing. Installed 2005-2006 in a wet climate (Hawaii). They all have sticker: AP-C40 49x96. Marking seems to say 'WM' or 'MM'. Forgot to mention dimensions-Center spacing for mounting holes is 4 1/4"; length fully closed from end to end is 15 3/16".

Can't find this particular model on your site. From research I've done, I believe it's a Truth Hardware Maxim

The crank is marked "truth'. It seems that the gears are stripped. You can open the window, but you cannot close it.
