I have the Ply Gem 700 awning windows. The weather has deteriorated the crank out hardware. I saw your 39-239C, 39-536, and Truth Detach Clips. Are these the correct replacement parts for my windows. Can't find this particular model on your site. From research I've done, I believe it's a Truth Hardware Maxim

Need replacement parts for jeldwen awning window arms & attachments.

The crank is marked "truth'. It seems that the gears are stripped. You can open the window, but you cannot close it.

This is a picture of the operator mechanism on my"good" Milgaard crank casement window. The identical window's mechanism has failed. Please help me identify the replacement part to order.

My window cranks are corroded and don't function anymore. Do you sell replacements for this model? The arms are stainless steel but the mechanism is a pot/cast aluminum... Thanks! Dave

Can you please see if you can match this with what you have. To the best of my ability 38-239C looks like the design of the hinge, but not sure of the crank and handle part. The guides on the side of the window measure 12". Thanks for your help in advance

Hi there. I just replaced a couple of awning style window operators 39-239C. They work great. However one of the windows has broken upper corner clips that hold the top of the window in place. The hinge is fine. Can you help identify? Thanks

These windows are near the ocean in Hawaii. The hardware is rusted and in one location it's turn the plate under the crank into a powder. Any replacement hardware would need to be stainless. Seeking replacement casement crank for the pictured shower window. Only markings are "Truth" and "31703" and "31704" on side rails. Last photo is of functioning adjacent window with same style crank. Thanks, Ed
