I need the parts in the images.

Our windows don't swing left or right. They open straight out. The truth operator looks more like an awning opener.

This a window crank taken out a PGT window. The only markings are 41010B on 1 arm and I believe 3180 on the other. Also, says made in America.

looking to replace the rusted hardware in these pics. 2010 Plygem vinyl awning unit. We will also needed the brackets to attach the arms to the sash.

I am looking for a replacement window operator for a Milgard awning window. Identical to the what is shown on the attached picture. The arms are stainless steel.

I've installed my recent order 1976810 and everything was good... UNTIL I went to close the window all the way.When the 39-239C is not attached it clears the window frame and closes completely on it's own, but when I clip to the 39-536 clips the "SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount" hits the windo ... Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

Hi, my windows are 20 years old. These two casement windows do not close any more unless I push from the outside. Also are rusted due to ocean proximity. I want to replace the mechanism plus the arms with stainless ones. I can do the install with instructions.Thanks,Gary

I need to replace my window operator but not sure of the correct part number needed. Please see pics. I was on the Swisco website and found possible replacement parts: 39-239B or 39-239C. These windows were installed in 2004 Please advise. Mahalo. Russ

I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black. What is the trick to removing the screws from the operators as they are under the sash area? Is there a special ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the crank handle, operating arm, and both the arm and track in which the arm slides into and glides vertically when in motion. If possible stainless steel as we are located in the beach area with a lot of salt air. Thank you.

The black plastic part is cracked for another type of Milgard awning window as shown on the attached photo. Do you carry this part?
