Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

Hi, my windows are 20 years old. These two casement windows do not close any more unless I push from the outside. Also are rusted due to ocean proximity. I want to replace the mechanism plus the arms with stainless ones. I can do the install with instructions.Thanks,Gary

I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black.
