39-239C SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount

We live by the beach in CA and our windows are always open, the salt air ate away at these operators and I'd like to replace them. I likely need the track slides as well. Can you please help me iD these parts? I'm pretty handy and can definitely install myself.

Looking for a hinge like this for 2 windows. They are about 2.5x2.5" this is a different slightly larger window but the hinge looks the same

Looks like everything matches the Encore Sill Operator 39-239B but I could not find one that matched that was not a sill mount. Mount is different as you can see, I don't have the 3 holes in a row my holes are 3 but in triangle shape.

Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.

I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures.
