39-239C SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount

Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.

I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures. TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side. 41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom. Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing. ... (cont.)

In previous emails, Swisco customer service suggested that Part SS39-239C is the correct replacement for my old operators (Milgard vinyl awning windows, installed in 2001 or 2002). Original parts from early 2000, some have already been replaced with ss operator, may need to replace rail on window as well, thanksMike

Question about the Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount #39-239B. What is the material? Is it stainless steel or white powder coated?

Looking for replacement part for this window.

Hurd windows crank works until you get here, then it just doesn't tighten. Looking in from the outside the gears slip vertically hence no tightening.

Do you guys have a direct part replacement for this window operator?

Hi! Just moved in to a new house and the attic window operator isn't connected to the window. It appears as if it's missing an adapter to connect the operating mechanism to the window. What am I missing and what do I need to repair this?

My dog busted through the open window and bent the metal awning operator. The plastic clips also got busted The casing that holds the crank, shown in pygem4.jpg measures 5 inches. I'm looking for the replacement parts.

I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in.
