I need these parts. The crank handles I have are still good. Can you point me in the right direction? The internal gears in the ones I have are stripped.

Hello, could you id this part? The bar the attaches to the awning window is 16" long. I need to replace the entire wind crank mechanism and the arms. The bar seems to be fine. The end of the openers attach to the 16" bar at the bottom of the window with plastic locking clips.

I believe Ive gotten these from you guys a few years back but just couldnt remember which it was on the site. Please send me the correct link for purchase. Thank you!

Does this encore awning operator fit a millgard awning window? It looks identical...

My mechanism is so loose that the gears slip and the window will only open. Made by Truth The 2 short arms are marked 41010B & 31881 The 2 longer arms are marked 41016 & 41013 Only number on bottom of the housing that is readable is 09/17. I noticed in my first post that my pictures were blurry when expanded, so I've sent a second set of pictures. TPUTI I is printed on an arm on the top side. 41013, 41016, 41010B, 31881 are stamped on the arms on the bottom. Made in the U.S.A, 05/01/01, and 05:55 are on the bottom of the housing. ... (cont.)

Casement windows from 'Great Lakes' no longer in business. Has an additional bar which pulls the hinged corner about 4 inchs when opening. a part number on the bottom '022800 23:40' and on one of the arms there is an 'up arrow' and the word in caps 'TRUTH' looks a lot like 'Encore dual arm' , ...
