The long arm is 9 inches, the short straight arm is 4-1/2 inches. I see numbers: 31538a on the curved arm, 45179 on the crank assembly, 40754 on the short arm, a 5 digit number on the long arm which I cant quite make out, first digit is either a 3 or an 8, last digits are 1272. Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

Attached are 2 photos of the awning window for which I need a part. The window does not close all the way,leaving a 2 inch open gap. I would like to find a replacement for an awning window operator. #’s on the operator are #41016, #41013, #41012. Do I need to order any other parts for this replacement? Can I reuse my existing handle and cover if it’s not broken since it matches the window.

We're looking for replacements and the installation of the mechanisms.

The handle is stripped. Universal handles don't work. I think I need the full operator.

numbers on small arms are 3188 and ON other 41010A NUMBERS ON LONG ARMS ARE 41013 AND ON OTHER 41016 WINDOW ORIGINALLY BOUGHT FROM CRYSTAL WINDOWS IN FLUSHING NY AROUND 2002 AND ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL

I can no longer shut the window, when I turn the window crank there's a clicking sound, the window can't get close enough the shut/close with the latch. Do I need to replace the operator? If so, which one? Thank you for your help. Numbers I can find are 67813 and 31272.
