Hi I'm trying to identity the attached hardware for a sliding door

Got this down to 2 likely choices. 380a or 380b. Any help greatly appreciated.

I am not sure how this works. We bought this in 2016 and had it installed. I have been redoing things in my house and the handle broke. I will say it withstood Hurricane Michael. The two screws that hold both handles together, broke off into one handle. I need a new door handle assembly, I can't quite identify the right parts. See pictures, including fly Jim order number, but the last digit is not discernible, 4 inches between handle holes.

I need to replace a Mortise lock on our patio door. The Swisco Product Code 82-226, Mortise Lock 4-5/8" is what I need. My question is to match this lock assembly up with the correct sized interior and exterior handles.

I need to find the replacement lock for this door.SGD-R15. The holes of the lock is 3.7 inch, I have hard time to find the part. Handle holes is like 4 inch.

Center to center of screw hole is 3 15/16
