Frame 1 5/8" thick 3 15/16" holes Looks to be working with a 82-218 latch Manufacturer unknown thinking American craftsman or silverline

Need replacement handle for SGD-R35-72x80 sliding glass door. Inner handle broke.

I need a replacement door handle and lock for this slidign glass door. Screw holes are approx 4" apart from each other.

A spring broke and fell out of the lock mechanism. Our house is 17 years old. Looking for a replacement locking mechanism (if they are available).

Each time the door is locked, the "bolt" doesn't flip out and lock into place. So even though the door appears to be locked, it's not. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the handle/lock handle or the locking mechanism itself. Thanks!

Dear Swisco support, I have a sliding door two point mortise latch that is not locking. The center plunger on the latch seems jammed and is not freely plunging/retracting when I press on it with my finger. The manufacturer's sticker on my sliding door is SGD-R20-144x95.
