Dear Swisco support, I have a sliding door two point mortise latch that is not locking. The center plunger on the latch seems jammed and is not freely plunging/retracting when I press on it with my finger. The manufacturer's sticker on my sliding door is SGD-R20-144x95. My lock lever broke. I bought a Swisco 82-240 lever but it doesn't fit my door. A Swisco agent told me my handle set looks like a combination of different handles and locks. What does that mean? My handle screws are 4 inches apart. The outside is keyed. How can I get my lock back? ... (cont.)

It only says patent pending. Believe the brand is Alside. With is 1.5 inches. Distance between center of bolts is 3 7/8 or 3 15/16.
