I need to locate a new handle for the Guardian sliding door on my rental property. I have attached photos of the handle and the model number located on the glass.The AAMA Program Certification 5500/5700 Patio Door, Type Sliding Glass

I replaced the Double Hook Mortise 82-238 along with the inner and outer handle. The existing Multi-point striker was not replaced, It is the 89-030. At one time, I added a flat head screw to the center hole to actuate the safety on the latch, otherwise it doesn't work properly. Is this correct? ... (cont.)

Previous owner removed the latch plate from one of my doors to install a pet door. I don't have a dog so I said he could take it when he moved out, but he didn't replace the strike plate when he removed it.

American Craftsman (believe is 2007) says Series 5800-SGD--also other numbers MFR-SL1. As you can see by the photos, I've had to replace pin with bolt and put JB Weld on outside cracked handle. Please let me know if you need additional photos.
