82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set, 3-15/16"

The locking device is faulty and needs replacing. Any help in recognizing and supplying said lock would be appreciated.

Attached picture is of the broken handle and the other picture is what it looks like on the other side of door. Our building maintenance guy told me he thought the part was a SL3413 ASSW-NL , whatever that is. No manufacturer or number anywhere. It's sort of a beige color. It appears to be 3 15/16" ... The locking mechanism broke toward the top of the handle. This handle is very different to the other universal handles I've come across and haven't found a good replacement or the same handle.

Sorry but didn't notice any markings anywhere, this is a hurricane door the handle has a broken piece, where the screw goes.

I purchased 82-086 to replace my door handle. The outside part fit up great after I flipped the lock part so it was centered. I am needing an inside handle that is also centered. The new handle that i got is off centered. Old handle is on top and new on bottom for comparison.
