The locking knob assembly broke and needs to be replaced. The inner piece in the sliding door is 12" on center for mounting screws. It is from 2015.

This is from a Jeld Wen vinyl patio door. I did not find any markings on the handle. The interior screw placement is 3 - 15/16".
