Hello, The lock on my sliding door is no longer working. The mechanism seems to get stuck in the locked position. I am looking to buy a replacement, but I am not sure which model to buy. Missing the strike plate or keeper for sliding door. No visible brand name on door or hardware.

Not sure of brand. These rollers are tandem approx 6'1/4". See photos

The inside door handle does not sit snug against plate. Wobbly. Latch is not snugg against plate.

Image #3135 above shows a black hole where our locking latch fell out. Not sure what it's called exactly. Seeking replacement unit for sliding door handle

Mounting holes measure 3-15/16" but as you can see the lever that acuates the double mortise latch is not centered. It is more toward the bottom. Center of latch measures approximately 1-1/8" from bottom mounting hole. Thank you for any help on this matter!

The thumb lock broke on this patio door latch. I believe there are some parts that broke inside the strike bolt mechanism on the edge of the door. to describe the parts the side handle is 22 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the base. The handle with key on the left sliding door(from inside the house) of the 2-panel sliding door has the latch broken. This glass patio sliding door is by Jeld WenI want to know the replacement part for this and also how easy is it to install this ?

I need to replace the handles to this sliding glass door. Looks like I need new handles and the center latching mechanism. No hardware store has this type tho. There's a sticker of the inside that reads SGD R20.96x96.I'm assuming the first is a model followed by a size. Hope it helps. ... (cont.)
