Broken handle

The handle with key on the left sliding door(from inside the house) of the 2-panel sliding door has the latch broken. This glass patio sliding door is by Jeld WenI want to know the replacement part for this and also how easy is it to install this ?

I need to replace the handles to this sliding glass door. Looks like I need new handles and the center latching mechanism. No hardware store has this type tho. There's a sticker of the inside that reads SGD R20.96x96.I'm assuming the first is a model followed by a size. Hope it helps. ... (cont.)
