I am looking for the matching Window Balance and Pivot for a customer. They are 7 or 8 lb balances x2 and the pivot pictured x1. I have photos of the window labels if that would help. Maybe s170 coil balance assy?

I'm looking to replace a few broken window closures. These are simonton windows about 10-15 years old. Some of the smaller windows are single spool but the bigger ones are duel spool.

Label is a Simonton window and I need the balance and balance shoe. The window weight is 14.6 lbs for a single sash using a bathroom scale. Simonton has not been able to help thus far. Thank you
