Only markings on the part are 5. This is out of a vinyl window but I don't know the brand

I am trying to find a replacement for the pivot shoe cam without having to replace the entire coil balance system on 2 window sashes. I would prefer not to cut the jambs or purchase the jamb spreaders but will do so if I need to.

Hello, Can you help me find the parts for this coil balance mechanism? The coil is 3/4 inches wide. Thank you.

Its still in the window at my daughters house I think it is a MI vinyl window,the Balance has a M 5 on it, this is the good side the other side is broke the die cast part is broke and the nylon is distorted too thanks Ron

Swisco,Looking for balance shoes and anchors. Possibly #5 stamped on cover and coil. Possibly a United 800O series window. Looking outside, this is the left side. Planning on replacing both sides. The upper sash will not stay closed, it falls down like dead weight. I've replaced the broken pivot bar/foot but have discovered that the coils coming out of the shoe on both sides of the window is snapped in half. I have a Window World part that has a broken metal piece where the pin from the window slides in. There is a sticker in the window track that shows Series 1555 window.
