Could you guys please help me find this window pivot shoe replacement ?

Just need to order this tilt shoe other side broke!

This is the part that holds the window up.

My double hung vinyl window has a broken right side shoe cam also the hook to attach the spring and shoe dog is broken. I found a sticker on the window from a KC industries included in the photo. If possible I would just like to replace the broken components but if need be the whole assembly. Can yo ... (cont.)

I ordered the S210-14 and it looked pretty close to the one I had bought the thickness on the old one is 9/16 ,the S210-14 is thicker.
