the existing is a duel and has a 10 marking on each piece. The foot cam broke out of the existing. It measures 9/16 x 1 1/4". Thank You Mike

I have windows that are missing the 10 series roller tilt.Are there installation instructions available as to height that they need to fastened to the frame?

Both sides of the lower window single coil springs broke. The brake shoe is 2 1/4" long X 1 1/4" wide. The connection of the single coil is a single screw attachment into the track above the lower window when the window is in the down position. I have a vinyl 1" thick double pane window sash with 24wx30h exposed glass and coil spring balancers. I can't tell for sure what is reusable with these balancers and I'd like to replace both entirely: shoes, spring clips, springs. Im not sure what parts are correct.

Coil balance has 10 printed on it. The window was made General Aluminum, which is now MI. What part do I need to order? Thank you.
