I will need 3 of these coil balances

I have a single hung vinyl window made by Jeld-Wen around 2000 that won't stay up. The sash is approx 27 lbs and has 4 coils (2 on each side). Do you know what replacement parts we need to fix this based on these pictures?

Please help to choose right coil balance for my window. Weight of the moving part is 13LB. Attached are the pictures from the window. If you have a good tips how to replace it ,please include them in the email. Thank you so much in advance.

Please let me know if you have a replacement for this assembly looking for both sides coil says 7S on it dimensions are listed on the item pics also need the pivot arm

The coil snapped in the middle and I need to replace it. It has writing on it #7.5 31". I suspect it is the series 165. But not sure.

The plastic portion that screws into the trim has broken. Looks like a triple coil balance but I'm not sure. I can't see a part number or weight spec either. Any help would be great!
