I am trying to find replacement hardware for matching left and right casement windows. Please see images for measurements. The right casement hardware has a number stamped. Difficult to read, but it looks like 10304, or 10804. I cannot locate any other window labels, manufacturer IDs, or any other ... (cont.)

The model of this window crank is 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator : SWISCO? But it looks like you may have a different model. Please advise if you have the replacement for this one. Thank you!! Judy

Medal clip keeps slipping off control arm pin. We keep putting clip on and it keeps falling off every time open window. Do we need new part or is there another way to fix?

Looking for the right truth split arm operator and crank handle. As you can see in the assembly photo the attached arm for the window arm is busted as well as the crank. I took another pic of the window arm w/o the crank. Need help with handle and split order

I have a broken crank -number OP05-1509. The hexagon piece broke off in the case so the window cannot shut properly and leaves a gap. Hello, I have several older Silver Line casement windows using a male 5/16 hex handle (like product 39-226). The handles constantly slip out of the operator, which I take that part is stripped.
